Information needed to understand the following :
After the show last night, both my mother and I went to sleep around 12:30, and my mother had to get up around 5:30 this morning to get to work.

Conversation I just had with her :
Mother - I tell you, I'm falling asleep as I'm speaking to you now.
Quartz (sarcasticly) - 'tis hard being old, 'nit ?
Mother - Hey, it's not about being old, I only had about 4 hours of sleep last night.
Quartz - I had less than that a few times because of the musical.
Mother - Yeah well, you're 18, not 50.
