If I asked not to work on Monday and Tuesday (when I never do, although I would've on the 24th because it's a holiday) because I'm going away, expecting to get my usual week schedule, ie work on Wednesday and Friday, should I take it as a punishment that I will work on Thursday too next week ? Or is it pure luck that I requested that, and if I hadn't, I would've been scheduled all week long ?
