Had a message on the answering machine from the delivery company that delivered the washing machine. They said they were gonna have someone come and verify the installation. Good thing I didn't change it. At least I've been holding the hose into place for two months for a reason. I called them back, left a message - maybe we're not getting somewhere. But still. It's a step further.
