This morning, as mentioned below, I had to make a couple of phone calls in order to get somebody from another service to help me with specific terms that just don't seem to exist (but that would be my personal opinion). The person I talked to asked me to e-mail him a list of the said terms. That was almost two hours ago. I just got a reply, which goes as follows: when do you have to hand in that document?
