I won't be seeing my physiotherapist for a while now (hopefully, never again, but we'll see about that when I start jogging again), but I still have to do some muscle work and stretches.
My ribcage barely hurts at all during my day-to-day activities now, but it's still a bitch when I'm lying down - which means I haven't done my muscle reinforcement exercise all week as it required for me to lie on my back. And I just tried my streching exercises, and couldn't finish them.
Wanna bet that by the time my ribs are fixed, my knee will be hurting again?
