I usually am quite careful to maintain this blog anonymous, so that people who don't know me can't find me (unless they're computer geeks and really go out of their way to do it, in which case I figure, they've earned it), but I'm gonna make an exception and ask you guys to sponsor my participation to this year's Relay for Life. You'll find the link to my personal page in the "On Tour" section, to your right.

The Relay for Life is a twelve-hour relay organized by the Canadian Cancer Society in order to raise funds to fight cancer. With nine friends, I will be walking all night on June 18, because I may not be able to save my dad, but I hope to save somebody else's dad. (And maybe if YOU'd relayed for life before I would get to keep my dad for another 20 years, but it's okay, I forgive you, just sponsor me and we'll call it even.)
