Here I was wondering what the most humiliating item to purchase at the drugstore would be. I thought Immodium ranked pretty high. But yesterday, I found the Humiliating Item to Rule Them All: pinworm medicine.

(Because it is humiliating to even mention it here - although, clearly, not humiliating enough to keep me from writing about it at all -, I'll just stress that we are taking it as a preventative measure on the recommendation of the pharmacist. Thank you.)
