So at last this translation seems like it's going to get somewhere.
I'm still stuck with those US places that I can't figure out (who ever heard of Port Orleans, Port of the Deltas and the Night's Great Gulf ?), still stuck with that "and out" thing that I'm not sure what to do with and also greatly stuck at a reference to "brown foams" about which I can nothing about. Other than that I still need to work on the style of the whole thing.
