In case you were wondering, or worried, Quartz is happy to announce her return to the blogosphere, a direct consequence of her more concrete return, after a horrendous night flight, from Cuba, where she was lucky enough to get a tan and enjoy great weather and bad food, as well as check off the Lifetime Achievement that is having her child undergo a medical consultation in Spanish and reluctantly administering said child foreign medicine.

(No worries, Coco is fine, he just though it timely and exotic to get an upper respiratory tract infection while on vacation. Which, after giving it some thought, Raiontzukai and I decided was indeed pretty good timing as neither of us has any "family" days off left from work, which would mean, had Coco gotten that same infection at home, we'd have had to use up vacation days anyway. And honestly, if I'm going to take vacations days, I might as well spend them someplace warm.)
