Au fait. J'ai le bonheur de vous annoncer que mon cancer du côté gauche se porte beaucoup mieux. Je vais peut-être même survivre. Bâtard.

This afternoon, I watched all the videos I did in highschool with Tweety and Marie. And I was laughing so hard...
We did this one video for our English class, it was called "Oh my God we lost Santa Claus" (which now that I think of it strangely resembles "oh my God they killed Kenny"... anyway). The storyline was ridiculous : Santa Claus (played by skinny-bones-showing Marie) was looking for his mittens and went to look for them in the closet. He clumsily fell in the closet and couldn't get up. Ms. Claus (your beloved Quartz) and two elves, Big Elf (Tweety) and Itsy bitsy teeny weeny Elf looked for him. While searching, Ms. Claus sees the closet is opened, so, after of course struggling to get the fat thing that keeps the door from closing, she closes it. (And I had the hardest time getting Marie in the closet... there wasn't much space, and the cushions we used to make her look fat were on the verge of coming out...)
Since Santa Claus was nowhere to be found, the elves decided Ms. Claus was to deliver the gifts, so after making her eat and gain 300 pounds (cushions, more cushions), they get her on the sleigh. Except that Rudolph, that red-nosed reindeer played by our very polyvalent Marie won't fly, so Ms. Claus and Itsy bitsy teeny weeny Elf end up going to deliver the gifts by car.
At the same time, Big Elf tries to find her hat, so she goes to look in the closet, where she finds Santa Claus, who has lost 300 pounds during the day (we removed the cushions and tightened the waist belt as much as we could to end up with a skinny-bones-showing Santa Claus) but has luckily found his mittens ! (I was convinced it'd take us hours to shoot that scene, we were laughing so hard...)
The last scene shows Big Elf and Santa Claus merrily eating, and Ms. Claus skipping rope to lose the weight she had to gain in the morning.
And the video ends with Big Elf, Santa Claus and Ms. Claus singing "Santa Claus is coming to town".

Awesome, I tell you. It's really a must-see. In other words, we are people you must become friends with.

And that wasn't the only video, we had done a clip of the Weird Al Yankovic's song "You make me" (go read the lyrics, you'll get an idea of what the video looked like), and a parody of the famously boring movie "The Blair Witch Project", which became "Le Projet Bélair / The Belair Bitch Project". Plus of course a few videos of birthdays and proms and stuff.

We are so cool. :)
