Because, really, how French this text sounds is astonishing and I can't keep it to myself:

1. "Actual infrastructures are aging fast (...)" as in "les infrastructures actuelles" instead of "current" or "existing";
2. "Period during which this Agreement will be in effect". I mean really, is that supposed to be an actual title for an agreement section?;
3. "Quality Assurance". This one's weird. I know where it comes from, but I really wonder why they bothered putting it there as all they do say about this insurance is that it is "not applicable";
4. "Elaborate on DND's criteria of satisfaction (...)" I'm not even going to comment this one.

Can anybody tell me why oh why they didn't simply write the whole thing in French to begin with???
