Having taken all relevevant actions so as to solve and eradicate the Trash Mystery - that is, none at all - I thought things had sorten themselves out.

But they haven't; yet again, it seems someone took my trash bag to the street last week.

I strongly suspect my upstairs neighbor, but I don't really see how I could casually bring it up in our next conversation!
