I just tried the little client services chatrooms Bell Canada offers on their website. Honestly? I'm quite impressed.

It took seconds before an agent entered the chatroom, and just a few minutes to get what I wanted to do over with.

I think it's an extremely convenient option for office workers such as I - especially when your office is a cubicle and everyone can hear you. Oh, and seeing that Bell's client services phone line doesn't allow you to press numbers on your phone and requires for you to TALK TO A FREAKING MACHINE - I am loving this.

Try it. This is the one good thing Bell has come up with.
