It's only 9:33 and already I have been offended by two perplexing pieces of information, one of them being the fact that the City has decided to discontinue the program under which citizens could get free compost once a year as an incentive for participating in its organic waste recycling program. Simply because now we're all used to composting and are therefore not in need of any incentive anymore.

I'm troubled.
