Somebody left a banana in the office kitchen with the note "help yourself" and I am troubled.

It's not under-ripe nor over-ripe. It looks perfectly good, and today is not a Friday. So why is it that giving away the banana is the best option? I'm extremely curious about the history of that banana. It can't be that the person doesn't like bananas, else why would they have one in their posession? It's not like there's a chance they were given a banana and couldn't say no. I can't believe that they found a banana. Also, who doesn't like bananas anyway?

This is suspicious. It's probably a trick. I am NOT eating that banana.
