I am troubled. Blogger New forced their FAQ page onto me (they did, I tried to get to another blog and they logged me out and led me to that page...) and there I discovered that the ?'s appearing instead of my accents and everything were caused by an encoding problem. They said I should change it in my settings. I was all happy I'd found a solution - except that the encoding part is set right.

I am troubled.
