Update : FutureShop called me back, they needed my name, my address, the date of delivery of the appliances, they also asked whether or not I had insurance (stupid question, what responsible being doesn't ?). The guy said he was going to send an e-mail (to whom, nobody knows, apparently somebody who doesn't have a phone) and it could take one or two days to get an answer.
