Mom came to visit last weekend, with my godmother. I was out for a run when they arrived - because they generally get to our place towards the end of naptime -, so the topic of running was discussed a bit.

It seems to have had a great impact on Mom who, at age 65, has freaking started run-walking this week.

Color me impressed.
